3. Volunteer Immunity: Volunteers at Pangroup are protected from any legal claims or lawsuits arising from their involvement in Pangroup’s services. You agree not to hold any Pangroup volunteer personally liable for any issues, perceived damages, or outcomes related to your use of Pangroup’s services. Any claims must be directed to Pangroup as an organization and not toward individual volunteers.

Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pangroup, its founders, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, including any reliance on information provided by Pangroup.

Pangroup is not liable for any missed deadlines, errors, or omissions on your part during application or interview processes.
